💖 Transforming a Gym into a Barbie-Inspired Gala

The Triangle Day School Annual Auction is a key fundraising event for the school, bringing together families, faculty, and supporters.

2025’s Barbie Movie-inspired theme called for a space that felt immersive, vibrant, and elevated—while still supporting the logistics of a live auction.

Our goal was to deliver:

💡 Strategic Event Lighting Design

A 7.75’ x 14’ HD rear projection screen for visuals
A backstage area created with black velour drape
A dedicated tech control station for lighting and media
Real-time control of presentations, transitions, and audio

✨ Custom Event Design Details

To bring the theme to life, we incorporated bold, memorable elements—most notably LED marquee letters spelling “BARBIE.”

Set in signature Barbie pink during the auction and switched to sound-reactive mode for the dance floor, they became a focal point that bridged design and entertainment.

These details helped turn a standard venue into a fully immersive branded experience.
