Pricing & Fees

The below information is meant to help you understand how our pricing works but is subject to change without notice. We believe in financial transparency when possible and will never charge you last-minute, hidden fees. All of the below information, and more, can be found by reviewing our Terms & Conditions.


Contact us today for a free quote! We strive to provide a quick turnaround on all quote requests, usually within 24 hours (unless we're busy with an event).


For most of the work we do, we have to charge a minimum amount to ensure we are profitable and that our employees (who are paid a living wage) are treated fairly. No one wants to commute to work only to work for an hour, right?

Therefore, we must always charge at least 6 hours of labor for each event we work - 3 hours for load-in and 3 hours for load-out, per laborer. We also compensate our employees for travel time while on the clock and will bill you accordingly, based on distances and average travel times from our warehouse to your event site as found in Google Maps


For delivery within a 20-mile radius from our warehouse, delivery and pickup are charged a flat $200*. Beyond 20 miles, we do have to charge $3.75 per additional mile, just to cover our trucking costs! Here are examples of what that could look like for various cities**:

  • Holly Springs: $265

  • Garner: $300

  • Fuquay-Varina: $345

  • Clayton: $450

  • Henderson: $600

  • Fayetteville: $1,150

  • Charlotte: $2,300

*Travel time, as noted above, is charged separately.

**These are estimates based on city center. Your actual price will be determined by the venue address.


In addition to the above costs, there are also several other fees you will need to be aware of:

  • Deposits

    • In most cases, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. The deposit may be refunded, however, at the sole discretion of the owner on a case-by-case basis.

  • Late Fees

    • In the event any amount due is not paid by the due date, there will be a late fee charged in the amount of $100, and all outstanding amounts due and owing will bear interest at a rate of 10% per annum.

  • Cancellation Fees

    • A cancellation fee will not be charged to you if Services are cancelled more than four (4) weeks prior to the beginning of the Event.

    • If Services are cancelled at least two (2) weeks but not more than four (4) weeks before the beginning of the Event, a cancellation fee of 25% of the outstanding balance of the Service Fee will be charged.

    • If Services are cancelled at least one (1) week but not more than two (2) weeks before the beginning of the Event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding balance of the Service Fee will be charged.

    • If Services are cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours before the beginning of the Event Term, the entire outstanding balance of the Service Fee will be charged.

  • Overtime

    • Overtime is charged if any portion of work for the event is scheduled before 7am or after 10:30pm.

    • Overtime is charged for work on Sundays.

    • Double pay is charged for any work on federally-recognized holidays.

  • Microphone Dropping Fee

    • If a microphone is witnessed to be dropped, either accidentally or intentionally, and automatic $100 fee will be charged per occurrence.

  • Last-Minute Planning Fees

    • An extra fee may be charged for any work scheduled less than 2 weeks ahead of the event. The amount will depend on size and complexity of the requested work.

Requesting a new lighting design/installation in a venue we've never worked in before? Coming up with a new design from scratch and working with a new venue typically incurs extra work and costs, but we love a good challenge! Work in a new venue also helps us generate more business while getting experience finding solutions to new obstacles. And let's face it, working in a new space always has hurdles that pop up, no matter how well you plan in advance!

Therefore, we will offer a $500 discount for any lighting job we do in a new venue!


Our LED Marquee letters are $75 per letter, per 24 hour period, subject to availability.

There will be a 50% deposit required in order to confirm your reservation. 

Delivery is free within 20 miles of our warehouse. There will be a $3.75 per mile additional charge for each mile EACH WAY (delivery & pick-up) after the initial 20 miles.

Late Night Pick-Up: For any pick-up after 10pm, there will be an additional $50 charge.

Please note there is a 3% transaction fee charged for all credit card payments.
